For most people, parsley has only a decorative purpose. However, it is valued for its medicinal properties.

Every year tonnes of fragrant herbs adorn the various meals, and end up with the remnants of food thrown away. But parsley is not just a 'pretty face'!

Parsley facilitates the infection of the urinary tract, stimulates the kidneys, preventing birth defects....

The 'greens' contains two important ingredient, myristicin and apiole. Thanks to them, parsley increases urine flow and helps remove infections of the urinary tract. Nibbling parsley in the days before menstruation removes excess fluid from the body, and prevents premenstrual bloating.

Though parsley is commonly used in small quantities, just as salutary as well as other vegetables. Half a cup of fresh parsley contains 40 milligrams of vitamin C and meets 70 percent of daily needs. This is more than what it contains the whole orange.

Parsley is a good source of folic acid that the body is required for formation of red blood cells and preventing birth defects.

Parsley is the most natural breath freshener. Although fresh parsley contains the most healing properties, in dried form is available everywhere. If you have been used as herbs, we suggest a few recipes in which the parsley is the main ingredient.

Lebanese salad tabbouleh contains up to 1 cup fresh chopped parsley. Half a bundle of parsley, you can add your salad.

Italian flat leaf parsley has a stronger flavor than curly parsley.

Boil tea for purifying the kidneys! Handful of fresh parsley, soak in two cups of boiling water and allow to cool. Tea drain and store in refrigerator, drink an hour before meals and one hour before lying down.

Raw parsley is beneficial in the treatment of anemia because parsley is vitamin C rich,  and the vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

It encourages only by boosting the activity and the secretion of stomach and improves digestion and absorption and is an excellent tonic, especially during recovery. Its relaxing effect in the digestive system, helps bloating and dyspepsia.

Parsley as a diuretic treat fluid retention and speeds up the excretion of toxic substances from the body.

Parsley is an excellent remedy for arthritis and gout. Tea made from parsley seeds, produced by preserving, relaxes smooth muscles throughout the body and eases headaches, migraines, asthma, stomach cramps and bladder irritation.

Parsley allso improves blood circulation.

Parsley is good for the nervous system, relieves anxiety and lethargy.

External use of Indian Parsley. Recipe: crushed fresh leaves placed on the breast during lactation reduces swelling and prevents abscess. In addition, parsley relieves insect bites and is a good antiseptic compress for cuts and wounds.

Juice of fresh parsley can be used locally against toothache and shinier.
