If you want to try this diet program, you must be very disciplined. This diet is intended for those who want to lose a few pounds, eat but still stay healthy. With this diat, you can lose 11 pounds in 11 days, but you can allso and up to 15 pounds in one week.
This is only possible if you strictly go with diet plan and drink plenty of fluid (water).
For drink during the diat choose water, unsweetened juices, unsweetened tea, coffee and mineral water. Avoid alcohol because it makes the fat extraction harder.
With this diet plan you should also be active. Choose a sport activity and actively spend at least 30 minutes a day.
