My diet - little tricks to help

Some interesting tips that will definitely come in handy in the course of a diat, and refer to eject intruders:

  1. Do not use white sugar.
  2. Pasta and bread must be found in trace amounts and replenish them with portions of fresh fruit and vegetables - you'll reduce your calorie intake by up to 200 calories.
  3. Drink non-carbonated spring water instead of juices that are high in sugar.

  8. Drink sufficient amounts of vitamin C. 75 milligrams is the daily amount of vitamin C the body needs, eat fruits such as oranges, kiwi (70 mg / piece), broccoli (74 mg), strawberry (89 mg / cup ), and parsley, peppers, pickled cabbage. Pickled cabbage has more vitamin C than citrus fruits oranges, lemons and grapefruits.
