Before you start reading how to quickly loos a few pounds with this diet, I must mention that this fast diet, 11 pounds in 11 days is not intended for those who want to lose much weight.

If you want to try this diet program, you must be very disciplined. This diet is intended for those who want to lose a few pounds, eat but still stay healthy. With this diat, you can lose 11 pounds in 11 days, but you can allso and up to 15 pounds in one week.

This is only possible if you strictly go with diet plan and drink plenty of fluid (water).

For drink during the diat choose water, unsweetened juices, unsweetened tea, coffee and mineral water. Avoid alcohol because it makes the fat extraction harder.

With this diet plan you should also be active. Choose a sport activity and actively spend at least 30 minutes a day. Do not overdo it with the sports activity because of reduced intake of calories the body can lead to fatigue. However, sports activity is required for promoting degradation of subcutaneous adipose tissue and skin firming.

Ingredients for 11 days:

Note: You need to know how to cook a soup.

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 soup in a bag
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 pounds fresh tomatoes
  • 2 large celery
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 kg of pods
  • 6 green peppers
  • 3 pounds of carrots
  • 3 pounds of onions
  • fruits
  • Spices

Recipe:

Cut Onions into rings and overdo the olive oil. When onion is ready, add other vegetables cuted into small pieces (above foods should last for 11 days). Briefly boil and pour water until it covers the vegetables. Add salt if desired. Allow 10 minutes to cook. Vegetables should be soft, so you'll know when it's over. Spices as desired.

Diat plan:

  1. 1st day: Soup and fruit (avoid bananas)
  2. 2nd day: Soup and vegetables for lunch, a boiled potato (no fruit)
  3. 3th day: Soups, vegetables and fruits (fruits you can eat as much as you like)
  4. 4th day: Soup, at least 2 bananas and a cup of low fat milk
  5. 5th day: Soup, steak white meat or fish cooked in olive oil and lots of tomato salad
  6. 6th day: Soups, vegetables and meat as you want
  7. 7th day: Soups, vegetables and brown rice
  8. 8th day: Soups, vegetables and meat as you want
  9. 9th day: Soup, at least 1 bananas and a cup of low fat milk
  10. 10th day: Soup and vegetables for lunch, a boiled potato (no fruit)
  11. 11th day: Soup and vegetables for lunch, a boiled potato
