It's not at all simple and easy to restore your body to normal functioning, primarily, the heart and circulatory system in an optimal way of working.

Fat loss will not necessarily mean losing weight, but permanent work on improving your own health. In addition to the decision it is important to bear in mind that not every diet is good for everyone, which would mean that with respect to foods that you normally use and activities and work that you normally do, it is necessary to individualize diet and adapt it to itself.

A balanced diet will include moderate weight loss that will guarantee security and stability, in contrast to fast diet (not eating), because you just do not feel too hungry and discontent, and eventually give up. Hunger and metabolism will slow and controlled intake of carbohydrates, small amounts of protein and fat needed to maintain your blood sugar will make you happy and optimistic.
