Food against cellulite.
One of the many reasons for cellulite is definitely unbalanced, fat-rich diet, a diet that is hard to digest, low in grains, too salty or too sweet, the food that currently meets sensory needs and certainly inadequate fluid intake in the form of herbal teas and water, clean, spring and non-carbonated.
Include in the diet of raw fruits and vegetables, drink more water and herbal teas preferably unsweeten or prepared with the addition of honey, and eat fast food only when she really want (I'm not for it to be completely ejected from the fast food diet). Diet low in fiber reduces the ability to supply oxygen to tissues and increases the formation of radicals and toxins under the skin.
Herbs that stimulate peripheral circulation, can be very effective in combating cellulite, such as eg. rosemary, dandelion, nettle, and hot peppers.
A compound that naturally induce collagen synthesis (vitamin C, gamma linolenic acid) may help to restore skin affected by cellulite.
By removing the toxins that are found in adipose tissue, improves the oxygen supply. The meals should be moderate, and served on a large dish (it will seem heavier than they really are). Eat 5-6 small meals a day, and between each meal, take a break. After each meal drink a glass of non-carbonated water.
